1. Who we are and what we collect

Finthera B.V. is a consultancy registered in Heiloo, Netherlands (KVK: [pending], BTW: [pending]). This site is operated at finthera.ai.

We collect only what you give us voluntarily:

• Your email address, if you submit it via the maturity check email capture or the contact form.
• Your name and message, if you fill in the contact form.
• Your booking details, if you schedule a call via Cal.com.

We do not use tracking cookies. We do not collect data from your device without your action.

2. How we use your data

• Contact form submissions: to respond to your inquiry. Sent via Resend (EU region). Not shared with third parties.
• Maturity check email capture: to send you your assessment results and occasional related insights. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Cal.com bookings: to schedule and confirm your call. Processed by Cal.com on EU-hosted infrastructure.
• Analytics: we use Plausible, a cookieless, EU-hosted analytics tool. It collects no personal data and requires no consent banner.

3. Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export any personal data we hold about you. You can also object to processing or request that we restrict it.

4. Third parties

• Plausible Analytics (plausible.io). Cookieless, EU-hosted. No personal data collected.
• Cal.com (cal.com). EU-hosted. Processes booking data (name, email, selected time).
• Resend (resend.com). EU region. Processes email addresses for form submissions and maturity check results.
• Vercel (vercel.com). Hosts this website. May process IP addresses in server logs.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone else.
